Please note that schedules may occasionally shift due to unforeseen circumstances.<\/li><li><strong>Session Flow:<\/strong> All sessions will be managed under the direct guidance of the Chairpersons to ensure the smooth and seamless flow of the program..<\/li><li><strong>Timing &amp; Limits:<\/strong> Presenters must strictly adhere to their allocated times:<ul><li><strong>Introductory Lecture:<\/strong> 7 minutes presentation + 3 minutes discussion (10 minutes total)<\/li><li><strong>Oral Presentation:<\/strong> 3 minutes<\/li><li><em>A visible countdown timer will be available in the room.<\/em><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Podium Protocol:<\/strong> To avoid delays, each room is equipped with <strong>2 lecterns\/podiums<\/strong>. The next speaker is requested to stand by at the second podium during the ongoing presentation.<\/li><li><strong>Personal laptops are not permitted<\/strong> for presentations. All presentations must be pre-loaded via the Slide Reception.<\/li><li><strong>Discussions:<\/strong> Wireless microphones will be provided.
