Instructions for Poster Presentations

Poster Viewing & Presentation Times

Poster Presentations (PP) will be displayed on designated boards at the congress venue throughout the entire duration of the meeting.

  • Poster Sessions: Presenting authors are required to be present at their assigned poster during the scheduled poster session to which they have been allocated. During the session, authors should give a 1-minute presentation of their work, engage with attendees, and answer questions.
  • Poster Session Allocation: Information about your assigned poster session has been sent to presenting authors via email. There are three scheduled poster sessions in total, as detailed in the meeting program.
  • Awards: An official Jury will evaluate all poster presentations, and three outstanding poster prizes will be awarded.

Poster Specifications

Format & Printing: Please note that posters presentations will NOT be electronic. All presenters are required to print their poster(s) in advance and bring it with them to the venue.

Size and Orientation: Please ensure your poster is printed in Portrait orientation and does not exceed A0 size (84 cm wide x 119 cm high).

Poster Number: Each poster is numbered with the final Poster Number, which has been announced in the final detailed program.

Mounting Supplies: All necessary materials for mounting your poster will be provided at the facility desk in the Poster Area (Exhibition Area). 

Mounting & Removal Schedule

Posters will remain on display for the entire duration of the meeting. Presenters must strictly adhere to the following schedule for mounting and removing their material:

Important Notes

  1. Presenters scheduled for the Thursday, September 24 morning session (08:00-09:00), are required to mount their posters prior to the start of the session.
  2. Any posters remaining on the boards after the scheduled removal time (Saturday, 14:00) will be removed and disposed of by the Organizing Secretariat Team.
