Instructions for Poster Presentations

Presentation & Viewing Times

Poster Presentations (PP) will be displayed on designated boards at the congress venue throughout the entire duration of the meeting.

  • Poster Sessions: Presenting authors are required to be present at their assigned poster during the scheduled poster session to which they have been allocated. During the session, authors should give a 1-minute presentation of their work, engage with attendees, and answer questions.
  • Poster Session Allocation: Information about your assigned poster session has been sent to presenting authors via email. There are three scheduled poster sessions in total, as detailed in the meeting program.
  • Awards: An official Jury will evaluate all poster presentations, and three outstanding poster prizes will be awarded.

Poster Preparation

  • Size & Orientation: Posters must be formatted in Portrait orientation and must not exceed A0 size (84 cm wide x 119 cm high).
  • Poster Number: Each poster will be numbered with the final Poster Number, which will be announced in the final detailed program by September 1, 2026.
  • Mounting Supplies: All necessary materials for mounting your poster will be provided at the facility desk in the Poster Area (located within the Exhibition Area).

Mounting & Removal Schedule

Posters will remain on display for the entire duration of the meeting. Presenters must strictly adhere to the following schedule for mounting and removing their material:

Important Note

Any posters remaining on the boards after the scheduled removal time (Saturday, 14:00) will be removed and disposed of by the Organizing Secretariat Team.
