All payments are to be made in Euro (EUR). Bank charges are to be settled by the payer. Confirmation of services will be sent after receipt of the appropriate fees by e-mail to the address advised for communication. Outstanding payments are to be made onsite during the Meeting.
  • By credit card Online payments by credit card will be processed through the Meeting’s online services system. Upon completion of payment, the online system will redirect you to confirmation of services and the respective payments page. Once you have completed this process, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with information about the services booked and your payment status.
  • By bank transfer* Online bookings by bank transfer can be processed through the online services system of the Meeting. After selecting the services of your choice, please tick the appropriate box (payment “by bank transfer”) in the payments section. The online system will then redirect you to a confirmation of services page and once this is submitted you will receive a confirmation e-mail with an outstanding balance due (to be settled by bank transfer). All invoices will be sent to recipients within one month after the end of the Meeting. In case of re-issuance of invoices, a handling fee of 20 € will apply.

Cancellation Policy

Accommodation cancellations
Any cancellation of your accommodation must be sent in writing by e-mail at info@isols2026.org, and will be subject to the following conditions:

  • Up to and including July 20, 2026: a full refund, minus 100.00 € administration fees will apply.
  • After July 21, 2026: no refund applies.

All refunds will be processed within one (1) month after the end of the Meeting. Bank charges will be reduced.
